Meet the Librarian
I’m excited to be starting my first year as the library media specialist at Linda Lyon Elementary and my 19th year in education. My husband, Travis, and I have two college-age kids, Clare and Ezra, who are off pursuing their dreams. I love playing board games, quilting, puzzles and reading (of course!). I’m passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where students, staff, families, and the community can read, explore, create, and enjoy learning together. Our Lyon library offers a rich and growing collection of print and digital resources. We aim to inspire lifelong readers and learners by providing meaningful opportunities that help prepare students for the future.
